3 Output Cables & Compatibility Limitations

This kit includes 3 power cables – Mini USB, Type-C, and Micro USB – each providing 5V/2A output. Please confirm the correct power port of your dash cam before purchase, as this adapter is not compatible with all dash cams. Specifically, it does not support barrel jack or RJ11 connectors. Always check your device’s connector type and power requirements before ordering.

Power Requirements

Ensure your dash cam or device supports 5V input and requires less than 2A current for safe and stable operation. Overcurrent devices may cause overheating or malfunction.

Usage Notes

This adapter only powers devices when the vehicle is on (not for parking monitoring use). Power supply automatically starts and stops with your car’s ignition.

Compatible Vehicles

This rearview mirror dash cam adapter works with mirrors that have a 12-pin port on select Toyota, Subaru, Honda, and Infiniti vehicles. Examples include:Toyota Tacoma (2016–2023, various trims), Toyota Tundra (2018–2021, various trims), Subaru models (2012–2016). Please check the compatibility chart below and confirm your vehicle’s mirror connector before ordering. If unsure, contact Mangoal Support for assistance.

AUTO-DIMMING REQUIREMENT: This mangoal dash cam adapter requires an auto-dimming or powered rearview mirror (such as a mirror with garage buttons) to function.

Shipping

We will arrange the shipment within 48 business hours after getting your payment. All orders will be shipped with the fastest delivery like FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL. Generally speaking, it will take around 5-15 business days to your country. Currently, we only build the local warehouse in the US, therefore, all US customers can get the package within 5 business days. 

We will also apply for local posts in some countries, and we may charge for remote distance payment, which is charged by our cooperated carriers. 

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atsupport@mangoaltech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
