Compatibility notes

Confirm that your vehicle has an autodimming mirror, as this is necessary for our products.Refer to the compatibility chart below to see if your vehicle is included. Keep in mind, this chart serves as a guideline, and cars not listed may still be compatible.If your vehicle is not listed, inspect the mirror connector where the original wiring plugs in. Compare the number and arrangement of pins to the product images to determine if they match.

Compatible Devices

The Mangoal power adapter is compatible with various powered devices, such as GPS units, radar detectors, mirror cameras, and dash cams. For optimal performance, we recommend using devices that draw less than 2A at 5V to prevent overheating. Be sure to check the voltage requirements of your device before use. Note: The USB port only provides power when the vehicle is on, not continuously.

Rearview Mirror Connection

The adapter connects to a 7-pin port on your vehicle’s rearview mirror. Simply use the Mangoal Dashcam Power Adapter to convert from the auto-dimming rearview mirror plug and connect it securely.

Includes 3 Output Cables

The kit includes 3 types of output cables: Mini USB (5V) Type-C (5V) Micro USB (5V) All provide 5V, 2A output. We recommend using USB-powered devices that require less than 2A to ensure safe and efficient heat management.

Shipping

We will arrange the shipment within 48 business hours after getting your payment. All orders will be shipped with the fastest delivery like FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL. Generally speaking, it will take around 5-15 business days to your country. Currently, we only build the local warehouse in the US, therefore, all US customers can get the package within 5 business days. 

We will also apply for local posts in some countries, and we may charge for remote distance payment, which is charged by our cooperated carriers. 

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atsupport@mangoaltech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Though we will try our best to help you lower down the import tax, but we won't pay for customs. Please provide the necessary information before shipment.
