IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: On Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles, the 10-pin power connector for the rearview mirror may be in different locations depending on the model:Older models: Connector located directly behind the rearview mirror. Newer models (with Safety Sense / EyeSight systems): Connector located inside the sensor housing in front of the mirror, not on the mirror itself.

Auto-Dimming Requirement: This Mangoal dash cam adapter requires a powered or auto-dimming rearview mirror (e.g., mirrors with garage buttons) to function properly. Please check your vehicle before ordering to confirm the connector location and ensure compatibility with the correct adapter model.

Power Requirements: This Dashcam Power Adapter accepts 12–24V vehicle input and outputs 5V/2A. Please ensure your dash cam or device supports 5V input and requires less than 2A. Using devices that exceed these limits may cause overheating or malfunction.

Usage Notes: Powers devices only when the vehicle is on – not suitable for parking monitoring. Power supply automatically starts/stops with your car ignition.

Shipping

We will arrange the shipment within 48 business hours after getting your payment. All orders will be shipped with the fastest delivery like FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL. Generally speaking, it will take around 5-15 business days to your country. Currently, we only build the local warehouse in the US, therefore, all US customers can get the package within 5 business days. 

We will also apply for local posts in some countries, and we may charge for remote distance payment, which is charged by our cooperated carriers. 

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atsupport@mangoaltech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
